Illustrative artwork was utilized in the Oslo, Norway City Guide Project in order to create a timeless look for the wide-range of ages included in the clientele and audience. A flat, vector design work takes place as the main subject of the poster and book cover, depicting a cityscape of Oslo, Norway, representing features offered of the location. Bold, unique typography was implemented to draw attention to the name of the city, while creating a sense of interest and pop of color as the eye is drawn to the optical center of the artwork. The client was VisitOslo.com, a travel resource for those looking to explore the Norwegian Capital during their next adventure.
